Delivery & Returns

As all of our products are handmade to order, please allow 3-7 days for dispatch.

UK:

We now offer FREE shipping on ALL orders within the UK. We send all of our orders out by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.

International:

We have a flat rate delivery charge of £15. We send all international orders out by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we do accept returns that are sent back within 14 days from the date you received it. Please ensure all items are sent back in the same condition in which they were received (no damage/rips etc, no stains or marks, no smoke smells) if items are not returned to us in good condition, we can not guarantee a refund.

Please note, we can not accept returns for custom made orders. PLEASE ensure you take correct measurements of your dogs neck if ordering any custom sizes. Thank you.
